General
What do you provide on the day?
On-site scan, all probes and consumables, brief vet-to-vet discussion; then a same-day PDF report and images/clips for your PMS.
Do we need to supply equipment?
No, a portable state-of-the-art unit is brought to your clinic.
Which patients/species?
Small-animal (dogs & cats).
Booking / Referral
How do we book?
Use Refer a case (form) or WhatsApp if today/urgent.
How soon can you attend?
Same/next-day where possible—message us for today’s availability.
What info helps most?
Signalment, history, meds, reason for scan, urgency, labs/rads if available.
On The Day
Patient prep?
Case-specific prep/handling notes are sent on booking (e.g., fasting/sedation stance as indicated).
Sedation?
Only if needed for patient welfare/image quality - your vet’s decision; we’ll advise case-by-case.
Can you scan in any room?
Yes any quiet space with power access preferred.
Reporting/Delivery
When do we get the report?
Before 16:00 → by 19:00
After 16:00 → by 10:00 next business day.
What files do we receive?
PDF report + images/clips (PMS-ready). DICOM on request.
Will you call the client?
We can call the owner post-scan if requested.
Guided Procedures
Do you support FNAs/aspirations?
Yes, real-time guidance for FNA (masses/nodes) and fluid sampling (abdominocentesis; guidance for thoracocentesis); cyst/abscess aspiration; cystocentesis (as indicated).
Safety/consent?
Your team obtains informed consent. We’ll advise if sampling isn’t appropriate or if referral is safer.

Data & Privacy
How is clinical data handled?
Securely; files stored per our Privacy & Cookies policy. Lab PDFs and media are shared only with the referring clinic.

Only if you opt in—referrals/forms are not added to marketing by default.
CPD Support
How long is it & who's it for?
A 3–4 hour in-practice, hands-on session for both Vets/RVNS
What do you cover?
Focused on abdominal ultrasound: GI & pancreas; urinary tract, adrenals & reproductive; liver & spleen (incl. portal vein); lymph nodes & vessels.
